Our client is a leading international company, that offers a challenging environment. Currently we are seeking for:

Process Engineer

Swiebodzin near Wroclaw

The role:

• Perform capacity analysis, create and develop workstation documentation: work instructions, station equipment instruction, process flow chart, PFMEA, rework procedures and any other required, support Control Plans developing, assist in Cost Review Documentation, support BOM creation,
• Analyze feasibility of new designed products and engineering changes,
• Develop and purchase equipment/machinery for new processes/technology,
• Develop and coordinate production line and tools preparation ,
• Participate in a  transfers of production lines,
• Manage and control  capital spend for new equipment/machinery,
• Cooperate with Process Engineer in NPI Team to secure the same standard in all production areas/activities,
• Provide training for operators with workstation documentation,
• Continuous improvement of current products / processes to achieve targets for KPI’s (OEE , scrap level, productivity level, etc.),
• Provide and implement activities to achieve saving targets,
• Support the company’s H&S Policy,
• If required support a production of serial element after agreement with supervisor,
• Report in accordance with normal routines and also report in the situations for which no reporting routines exist,
• Make an analysis of the project issues. Ensure that all relevant project issues are clearly communicated to the Launch Manager, Project Team and the local Plant Team Review,
• Support 5S implementation.

Job requirement

• Degree or equivalent qualification in an Engineering related subject,
• At least 2 year experience in Quality Assurance/ Process Engineering and/ or Design,
• 2 years experience in automotive industry,
• Good command of English.
