For our client's FMCG company looking for a:

Area Sales Manager

Responsibilities:


• Building products distribution Tena on the underlying action
• Implementation plans for sales in all product groups
• Regular and effective work with Tena Solutions Specialists on the ground
• Support the development of dealer sales Tena
• Training and supervising the work of distributors Sales Representatives
• Planning and control of expenditure in support of sales
• Timely and careful drafting and submitting the required documents, statements and reports, standards-compliant SCA
• Motivate and work control and reporting accuracy of subordinate employees
• Optimize the functioning of the underlying sales area in order to maximize your sales activities


Requirements:


• Minimum 2 years experience as a sales department
• Dynamism and attitude for success
• Success in implementation of sales
• Higher education
• Ability to good organization of own work
• Ability to manage people and monitor their work
• Ability to make difficult decisions
• Conscientiousness and thoroughness
• Diligence and honesty
• Ability to logical and analytical thinking
• Experience in managing a team would be an advantage
• Knowledge of English language at least to the extent communicative
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point)
• Driving license
