Specialist Dairy Technologist required to help launch new products for busy food processor in Middle East!
The role of Dairy Process Technologist entails supporting the factories to implement new products through production as well as value engineering projects for existing products. This means ensuring that products maintain their taste, quality and legal specification whilst enabling the factory to run more efficiently and effectively. You will have the autonomy to design new processes for products based on latest proven technology as well as work on developing technologies for the future. You will also work closely with co-packers to ensure they are on spec from a technological point of view.
A food technology degree and experience in the dairy sector (any of the following: milk, yoghurt, ice- cream, cheese, butter, etc) is expected. The ability to communicate effectively in a multi-cultural environment will be sought along with strong project management skills.
