In order to sustain this unprecedented growth and its international development, the Company is recruiting a R&D Engineer specialized in colorings for the American market.
THE POSITION
Based on the New Jersey site, the R&D Colorings Engineer‘s main assignment is to ensure the technical support on the American market for the natural colorings. In interaction with the English Laboratory, based in Birmingham, who formulates the new products and the main applications, he’s in charge of adapting the formulations to the local market. He acts as a support to customers and to sales forces in order to develop sales and meet the requirements as closely as possible.
He will receive full support from the English Laboratory and, if needed, he will be trained in Great Britain to complete his theoretical knowledge and get familiar to the history of product development and applications…
The position is available under an American contract or with a VIE and is intended to an autonomous and thorough candidate with a solid scientific educational background.
THE PROFILE
- Beginner or 2/3 years of experience, preferably from food ingredients, colorings or flavorings,
- An educational background in either Agri-Food or Chemistry Engineering,
- Fluent in English, already spoken at work,
- Autonomous, involved, open minded and flexible.
