The company is now entering an exciting stage of its growth and is looking to appoint a Product Developer to further satisfy the needs of its growing customer base in the UK.

Implementation of new yoghurt based products from concept to production.

Key Tasks:

• Develop new and improve existing yoghurt based products and processes during the pilot and implementation phases
• Evaluate and develop new processing and production methods
• Evaluate technical feasibility and manage product and/or process implementation
• Continuous evaluation and improvement of the quality of aspects of yoghurt based products including liaison with our private label customers
• Manage new product development projects in terms of resources, timelines and deliverables
• Involve and consult all relevant stakeholders (internal and external) as appropriate

• NPD and/or R&D/Technical background
• Food related Technical Qualification/Certificate/Degree
• HACCP Level 2 desirable
• Microsoft Office essential, SAP desirable
• Project Management skills
• Structured and organised with the ability to multi-task and consistently meet deadlines
• Eye for detail
• Anticipates potential problems effectively prioritising issues
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of the wider team
• Enthusiastic and passionate with a “can-do” attitude
• Private label and Branded experience.
