As Nutrition Specification Coordinator at Mars you are responsible for collecting and translating nutritional data in relation to products of the European Foods organisation, location Oud-Beijerland.

We are searching for an independent Nutrition Specification Coordinator.
Position
Responsible for collecting and translating nutritional data in relation to products of the European Foods organisation
Maintaining and improving optimal nutrition specification systems and building mutual connections between the existing systems
Making overviews of impact on product portfolio due to change in EU regulations
Becoming the functional expert in Mars’ food composition- and customer support systems
Initiating plans to optimise performance of the systems with well-founded motivation
Defining a strategy for way of working with the systems and train and coordinate the team of local functional experts
Preparing reports on the EU compliance of the Mars Food portfolio in terms of nutrition profile and guidelines, like salt reduction, which will be presented to senior management of Mars
Reporting to the Science & Nutrition Manager R&D.
Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Food Technology or similar
Graduate or some years of experience within R&D or QA
Fast learner and being able to spot opportunities to tailor the systems
Good analytical and communication skills
Challenged by working in a professional, dynamic and international organisation
