As Global Key Account Manager at FrieslandCampina Kievit you are Responsible for strengthening the strategic partnership with Kraft Foods both on the long term as well as the short term results and day-to-day actions in Meppel.

Position
· Responsible for strengthening the strategic partnership with Kraft Foods both on the long term as well as the short term results and day-to-day actions

· Maintaining close relations with all relevant contact persons within Kraft Foods and further developing these relations on a global basis

· Setting up and executing the strategic account plan

· Representing Kievit at Kraft Foods and representing Kievit in the Kraft Key Account Team within FrieslandCampina

· Coordinating and interacting with other functional disciplines within FrieslandCampina Kievit to ensure an optimal performance towards Kraft Foods

· Securing and further developing Kievit’s leading position as strategic innovation and development partner, especially in the coffee and powdered beverages category

· Building new segments within Kraft Foods, identifying new business opportunities

· Managing and working closely together with the Kievit Kraft sales team

· Reporting to the Market Unit Manager Beverages at Kievit.

Profile

· Academic level, education in a technological, economic and/or business direction

· Senior and relevant sales experience in an international B-to-B environment, preferably in food ingredients or chemical ingredients

· Proven track record in managing true multinationals successfully

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Dutch, and preferably a good command of German

· Comfortable working in a professional and international organisation, willing to travel internationally (approx. 40%)

· Living at a reasonable commuting distance from Meppel or willing to move

· Personal skills: able to deal with complexity, strong strategic skills, entrepreneurial, results driven, down to earth, diplomatic and excellent negotiator.
