We are seeking a highly motivated results driven Regional Sales Manager to join our successful team and who will be pivotal in driving the business forward within Scandinavia.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for managing a small team and for strengthening sales activities and delivering sales targets for the Tate and Lyles Specialty Food Ingredients. You will proactively suggest and implement initiatives in collaboration with the Regional Sales Director to achieve the growth objectives for the regions sales in order to achieve your profitability target. The ideal candidate will have a degree in food science/technology and/or technical sales experience within the food industry. You will be a strong negotiator with a proven track record of delivering results combined with excellent communication and organisational skills.
