A – THE COMPANY

With 1000 employees and a € 260 million annual turnover, NATUREX belongs nowadays to the worldwide leaders of its sector. Years after years, they have developed an outstanding growth. The Company manages industrial plants and sales offices all over the world and manufactures natural ingredients for food, beverage, nutrition, health, and personal care. In order to sustain its growth, the Company just acquired a new plant of food ingredients and creates the position of Plant Director.

B – THE POSITION

Reporting to the CEO and the Global Industry Director you will be fully in charge of the new plant. After auditing the Polish site you will reorganize the industrial activities by focusing on the facilities strengths and you will achieve the development purposes.

You will be responsible for:

-       The industrial activity reorientation, currently dispersed

-       The production facilities optimization and the productivity improvement

-       The quality, safety and regulatory follow up

-       The investment steering

-       The social restructuring and the staff management

-       The implementation of the budgetary control

-       The reporting to the Group

C - THE PROFILE

-          Educational background in food technology

-           Minimum 5 years experience in the production or plant management ideally in the food  

        industry

-          Fluent in Polish. Fluent in English or French

-      Involved and adaptable

-      Charisma, strength of proposal and strong managerial skills

-      Pragmatism, autonomy and meaning of the result
